COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

Made an appointment for a vaccine, after checking in ,and speaking to the young lady at the register, we waited over 35 minutes past our appointment time . When i asked if their was even any one their to even do it . She Rudely said We’ll be with u in a a few, and gave a nasty look . When the very nice lady finally came to do the shot , she told us she was never informed we were there . I get their short staff and it was clear the girl hated her job . But we deserved better . They advertise vaccines, but clearly don’t want to serve you . Don’t book a vaccination at this location. They certainly have earned their 2 rating !

I want to share feedback about my experience with this pharmacy. Unfortunately, it has been consistently frustrating to deal with. Phone calls are frequently answered only to be placed on hold until the line eventually disconnects, making it extremely difficult to get assistance when needed. In addition, the interactions at the counter have often felt rushed and discourteous. Patients rely on pharmacies for important medications, and the level of service here has made what should be a simple process unnecessarily difficult. I have tolerated these issues for quite some time hoping things would improve, but they have not. Because of this, I will be transferring my prescriptions to CVS moving forward.
