When we switched insurance we were FORCED to switch pharmacies. Had to send my prescriptions through 4 times before they could find them in their system. My prescription is setup on auto fill. Think they got that right? NOPE!, and they "don't know why" . So I'm out of medication. They have to order it. 3 days later I get it. Next month still no message about my prescription being ready. I call (on Monday) and they are puzzled, AGAIN! We have to order it. It will be ready Wednesday. Get message Wednesday "your prescription is ready for pick up". I go to pick it up. Think it's ready? NOPE! I get "we are out. We will have to order it". I explain how that's what we were told on Monday and was told it would be ready Wednesday, I got a message today (Thursday) that it is ready. I go in and
