​Seriously, I can't recommend Gulf Coast Vision in Pace, FL, highly enough! My whole experience yesterday, from the first phone call to walking out with my paperwork, was nothing short of amazing. ​I had been struggling to find all the right details on my insurance website, so I called the office kind of hoping for the best. What happened next was totally unexpected. The team immediately went above and beyond, and Ms. Hatcher was a total lifesaver! She somehow managed to locate the exact insurance information I couldn't find, which instantly lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. I took my mom to the Pace location and we have nothing but praises to say about the staff and the office. My brother had been suggested to try them for our mom by a friend. I spoke with April to set up her appointment and she was more then helpful and accommodating to get my mom in as soon as she could, as well and any questions I had about my mom's insurance. When we showed up for her appointment it was so nice to meet April and see nothing but smiles from her and all the staff. The tech and Dr. Spoors were so patient with my mom during her exam. The optician, (I can't recall his name), was so sweet to help her when helping her with her glasses. I highly recommend them!! Thank you all!

I have continued to go to this location over the last 10 years due to insurance. Throughout the change of doctors, I am not sure what has happened to this place. Most of the staff is very brash and lacks knowledge of true eye care/service. I had my eye appt on Dec. 24th, my glasses came in Jan, but were the wrong prescription. When I brought it to their attention, I was told to try them for another week while I waited on my contacts. When I returned on Feb. 3rd, they double checked and the prescription on my glasses was in fact wrong. Additionally, my trail contacts for my correct prescription was never ordered, so now I have been waiting over two months to get this prescription finalized. the lack of competency and real support blows my mind. The ladies at the front desk are so welcoming when you walk into the door you feel right at home. The doctor alike is super friendly and knows what she’s doing and the optical shop made it easy helping me with my choices and Love my new glasses…. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My husband and I have never had a more correct script!! The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Gulf Coast Vision in Pace to anyone. If you have had problems with getting the correct script, like my husband and I have, I highly recommend giving them a call.
