Blue Horizon Dental Care

Best dentist around! My family and I just moved to the area. My son and I have both had appts here and we both had great experiences. As someone who has always gone to my 6 month appt at my last dentist. Blue Horizon pointed out issues I was having that my former dentist ignored. I am so grateful. Bethany is the best! She is so knowledgeable, patient and welcoming. Even though you aren't able to talk much at a dentist she talked with me before, after and during my treatment. The dentist isn't my favorite place and she was great at making me more comfortable.

I have to agree with some of the other reviews claiming to have teeth filled that should not have been filled. I went with this dentist because I'm new to town. I always took great care of my teeth and have had only one filling before (which was painless). My two "cavaties" were filled and I trusted them. My old dentist knew of these "cavities" and told me they were stains. So have other dentists from when I was younger. My stains were filled. I trusted the dentist. I didn't think I was getting stains filled. And to top it off, it was the most painful experience I've ever had at the dentist. They went overboard numbing my gums. It was so unbelievably painful. They knew I was in pain and did not care. They numbed the right side of my face all the way up to my ear. It was numb for hours. Esp

The office is really nice, clean and new. The hygienist I had was great and the doctor was nice and got a same day cleaning. It was a pleasant visit. I planned to use care credit to pay, but at check out they wouldn't take mine because the account is in my husband's name. They let me use a different card that was in my husband's name. Minor incovenience. My issue is that I was not told they are out of network with my insurance. I was not told when I called to schedule a new patient appointment, when I came in for my appointment, or when I was given my treatment plan. I thought the fees seemed a bit high on my treatment plan so I looked at my insurance plan after my appointment. The coverage that was shown on my treatment plan wasn't matching what my insurance coverage was. I called the off

I am so happy I found Blue Horizon Dental Care in Pace. Great office staff, always friendly and welcoming. Melanie RDH is so gentle with my cleanings and so sweet. Dr. Youssef is efficient and knowledgeable. All the way around a very pleasant experience.

I"ve been looking for dentist nearer my house. I got a flyer in the mail from Blue Horizon Dental Care and have to say it was a wonderful experience! Morgan was my hygienist and did a great cleaning! On a first time visit, she was very thorough to chart my entire dental work, take x-rays & pano x-ray, too. It was all quickly in and out, having no dental issues. Dr. Youseff did my exam and I really liked his calm, gentle demeanor. Very pleasant doctor. The decor is so nice throughout the office, even a coffee bar or water self serve area. I enjoy that feature. Everything in the office was cutting edge. If you're looking for a nice team from pleasant office staff, hygienist and an established dentist, go here!
