CVS Pharmacy

I was cheerfully greeted upon arrival in the store. An associate asked me if I needed help while I was walking through the store. Pharmacy did an excellent job in filling my prescription on time and correctly. The store is clean and neat. Will continue to use this CVS for my pharmaceutical needs.

You don't get a second chance at a first impression. Our first impression of this CVS was excellent. The reason for the visit was to bring in a handwritten prescription for filling. From initial greeting to closing transaction, all went smoothly. The place was clean, well stocked and all of the staff with whom we came into contact were friendly, polite and professional.

I visited the minute clinic and pharmacy at CVS in Pace, Florida. The physician at the minute clinic was wonderful! I made an appointment that morning, went in at my appointment time, was evaluated, my prescriptions were called into the pharmacy, and I got my prescriptions filled all within about 30 minutes. It was a wonderful experience and I will be using them again in the future, if needed!

5 stars only because the staff were awesome. CVS deserves 0 stars. Here is my reasoning. The pharmacist(s) and pharmacy tech(s) went overboard to fill my daughter’s prescription. However, it has been difficult to get prescription questions answered over the phone since CVS went to voicemail which then makes the customer have to drive to the pharmacy to seek assistance. This is further hastened when the customer lives in a city and doesn’t have a car and must take an Uber to the pharmacy to make sure a prescription is being filled. Because the CVS in Alexandria will not answer the phone or call you back, I filled the prescription in Florida which has to be refrigerated and then shipped overnight to Virginia at my expense.
