COVID-19 Drive-thru Testing at Walgreens

This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever used. They don't fill prescriptions in a timely manner. It's been 5 days since my doctor sent in a vital prescription and it still says in progress. I tried to call and no one picked up. They just kept placing me on hold until it just hung up on me. This is unacceptable customer service especially when it's a critical medication! Let alone the hours have changed, sometimes it's closed because of no pharmacist/techs. If you get off work later in the day, good luck trying to get your prescription!
