COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

I had good service on 1 morning no problem. Then I went tonight after work to get my pain medication dr called in just a few days worth. They don't accept my Anthem insurance so payed cash. The pharmacist Claims his name is Bill with an accent had the audacity to ask me why I was prescribed the medication, asked what kinds of injuries do I have. Wth, I felt very humiliated so I called him to ask why did he feel he needs to know my personal injury issues & he said cuz he needs to know a code. I'm not only a patient but also have worked in the healthcare field all my life, nit once have I ever heard a pharmacist asking that type of question. Seems he's not educated on his job role. I felt violated & embarrassed after I worked a 12hr shift myself

Wallgreens on Holmans ln in Jeffersonville: This has been my go to pharmacy for over a decade (more like two). This is the pharmacy that my Dr calls my prescriptions in to. The pharmacy used to be open 24x7 and ran in a manner that met the needs of most everyone. The past 6 months haven't been the case. Their new hours are 8am-6pm Never open when I get off work, and the girl at the drive up window last time I was there kept asking me to repeat myself because she was too lazy to get out of her chair and had a very entitled tone to her.
