COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

Inquired online about the booster for the Pfizer vaccine and was told we were eligible for one at the end of October. Made appointments. When we get there, we were told were weren't eligible until...March. When filling out the appointments I clearly marked the date of last vaccine, with number of vaccines already done. They had ALL the information needed, but wasted our time and fuel anyway. The incompetence here is why we stopped using them as a primary pharmacy a few years ago and started using a place that's a bit out of the way to get to, but ran in a far better manner. Clearly Walgreens intends to continue the trend that caused us to move our pharmaceutical needs elsewhere. I appreciate consistency, however, not of incompetence.
