There was quite a long line at the pharmacy, and when I finally got to the front, the clerk abruptly stopped helping me just a few seconds in (I had only just given my name to her), and then she called the person behind me up and started helping them at the other register. Then the pharmacist Kojo, who saw what happened with the clerk walking away abruptly-that I was left hanging in the middle of my checkout-stepped up and efficiently completed my checkout in less than a minute. I appreciated him taking his time to speed up the line, and provide good customer service.
