Covered Bridge Pharmacy

The pharmacist is very rude and curt on the phone. When I called to ask if a specific compounded rx could be done and by when, I felt like he couldn't be bothered. I didn't even mention insurance, as my son really needed this medicine and I was willing to pay whatever I needed to in order to get it. Magically after my doctor called it in, it was done within the hour. I think my son's practice uses this place a lot so he didn't want to piss them off. The employee at the front was lovely- she gets props for being kind. Not patronizing again. ETA: I assure you, you have the wrong person, or are making up a story to lessen your unprofessionalism. I'm giving Covered Bridge Pharmacy 2 stars only because the face-to-face encounters with the employees was pleasant. I'm giving them only 2 stars because every phone encounter has been a complete hassle. First I called to find out whether they carried the drug I needed and how much it cost. They wanted me to physically produce my prescription slip before they would give me the cost. I explained that the pharmacy is about 45 minutes from my house and I didn't want to drive all the way up there only to find out that the cost was more than I was willing/able to pay. They finally relented and gave me the price. I drove up the next day, got the prescription filled, and went on my way. I wanted to take a minute and let people know how amazing Covered Bridge Pharmacy is. I am someone with a lot of medical issues and have been through a lot of different medication. I used to go to the big named pharmacies and always felt belittled. The people at covered bridge treated me with such kindness and always making me feel secure. I can’t say enough about this place. They really changed my perspective on pharmacy care. Love this place

I have been a steady monthly customer for 20+ years. My experiences have been very good. The staff there listens and responds very well to any questions or concerns that I may have. It's a long drive for me from Voorhees, but my loyalty to this small owner-operated business is something I never got from the large corporate owned more local pharmacies who don't see me as a patient or person, but rather a order number.

I really appreciate this pharmacy it is the best one I've been to ! The big pharmacies make you feel like a criminal for needing medication and I don't appreciate that. But not this place they bring my meds on time all the time and are very pleasant about it ! I love this pharmacy they fill my scripts no questions asked they are the best !
