Covenant Health Urgent Care - South Knoxville

We had a wonderful first visit there. From the nurse practitioner to the front staff. Nice and clean and very kind. We will go back in the future and our wait was less than 10 minutes.

This being my second visit, for different medical issues, I am very impressed with entire experience. The medical staff are all very caring and the doctors listen and are very understanding. The office visits are quick and easy. I highly recommend, and feel thankful the office is just 15 minutes from me.

First time visitor to this facility. I had a crush injury to my thumb the day before. The swelling made it extremely painful. My primary care Doctor was fully booked for the day and I couldn’t get an appointment. i Was able to get in to this facility almost immediately. The Doctor was able to drain the swelling which relieved the pain almost right away. I was able to get to work within an hour of getting there. The check-in process was easy and quick. The Doctor was friendly and attentive. Much smoother experience than I was expecting

The doctor I had was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve already emailed covenant regarding her and praising her because I have not found an urgent care Dr as amazing as her ever. She made the whole thing less stressful and really went out of her way to help. Even after going to the ER after urgent care (as per drs recommendation), the ER did not help me and left me more confused so I called urgent care for some clarity and she got on the phone and helped me figure it all out and was so patient, kind, and informative. Also, after having my follow up dermatology appt, turns out SHE was right all along and the ER was not. I am so grateful for her and the experience there at the urgent care and can not stress enough to give the female Dr working on Thursday morning some praise and a raise and keep h

Excellent experience. They got me in quickly and got me taken care of. The staff were all super friendly. Very pleasant experience. High recommend. If I ever need a walk in clinic again I will definitely choose them.
