Great experience! I was seen quickly, all the staff were very friendly & professional! Once in the room, the medical staff was amazing! I do not have insurance and after calling around, the pricing for self pay was very reasonable and included things other urgent cares did not in the basic cost of a visit! Highly recommend!

Parking was convenient whether or not someone needed a handicap spot or not. There are no stairs or inclines between the parking lot and the clinic door; it is a flat surface and easy to navigate. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful, especially when I kept handing her the wrong cards from my wallet due to feeling so sick/exhausted (insurance card, driver's license, etc). Matt was the tech who took me to an exam room and worked me up, scribed for the provider, and assisted in testing. Leslie was the nurse practitioner who examined me, asked pertinent questions, and helped lay out a plan of care. I took clear pictures of the labels of the over-the-counter medicines I'd been taking and Leslie was able to identify pretty quickly the one I needed to stop and recommend another t

The staff was very friendly and worked quickly to get me seen. Tests were run in a timely manner and the doctor was very kind and thorough. Got me in and out with medications prescribed in under an hour. Very reliving after feeling so terribly when I went in.
