Covenant Health Urgent Care - North Knoxville (Formerly Well-Key)

I found myself needing to visit a walk-in clinic as I had concerns about Covid, flu, and possibly strep throat. I called to make sure they accepted my insurance carrier. I then stopped by, filled out the necessary paperwork for my insurance and was actually in and out in under 30 minutes. I was pleased with everyone, including the nurse and the Doctor Who saw me and happily they resolved my issues by calling in a simple prescription to my local pharmacist. I would recommend them to anyone needing a quick unexpected walk-in clinic. Also, I found out they’re open seven days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM and no appointment is needed.

My daughter cut her foot and needed stitches. They got her in right away and kept her calm and fixed her quick. The entire staff from the receptionist the doctor was extremely kind and helpful. Love the care we get when we have unfortunate emergencies. We have been here a few times and never had a bad experience

Check in was easy and efficient. After being taken back to see the doctor, the medical staff were very concerned about my condition and quickly began addressing my complaints. The doctor was very friendly and thoughtful. He explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. All in all a very pleasant experience considering why I was there.

I went to have my wrist checked out bc I was in excruciating pain. It was so sore, I couldn't even hold a pen to write my name. I knew it wasn't broken, but I had no idea what was causing it to hurt so much that I couldn't move it. Turns out, it's carpal tunnel. I had heard of it before, but I still wasn't sure what it was & how I got it, & they were able to explain it to me in clear, plain, English so that I easily understood it. They were able to diagnose me without having to do any x-rays, & had me more comfortable than I expected to be within a few hrs. They told me how to keep treating it, & I have been doing so. Dr Satterfield was extremely educational. Issue I’ve had for months and she nailed it quickly. I have had other Docs look it and say, nothing can be done, live with it. Having someone actually care was amazing. I wish she was my full time Physician.
