Covenant Health Urgent Care - Farragut

I normally don’t leave these but felt like I should. I had to today take the dreaded trip to the urgent care with my grandma. I honestly have never received the best care from an urgent care until today. I truly believe that they listened to me and my concerns (even if I couldn’t speak hence why my grandma had to come). The provider Brooks was kind and you could tell he truly cared about his work. I can’t remember her name but she was sweet and professional, the assistant I had. I was really amazed at how much this urgent care also did and the services they provided. Even my grandma was shocked at how they were attentive and responsive to the concerns that were presented. Thank you.

Love the new location in Farragut and that I'm already tied to Covenant Health network and providers. Maybe because its new but I had no wait time which is a blessing when you don't feel well. I opted to "save a spot" online and then completed the online form registration which was pretty simple. The office was clean and uncluttered. The staff were super friendly and the nurse and doctor seemed knowledgeable in their explanation of the process, results and treatment of my symptoms. My only concerns were that one; they don't take Tricare whereas all of my other Covenant providers do (my secondary) and two; they were unable to use my HSA card for payment.

My normal doctor office couldn’t see me as fast as I needed to be seen , so I found this place very close to my house. I came in with flu like symptoms, they got me in the back almost immediately, the nurses and doctor was very quick and kind. I will for sure come back . Everything was nice and clean, service was quick and that’s key when you feel like death and just need medical attention and go home! Thanks guys!

I walked in unannounced with a severe injury to my ear. They got me back immediately, and nurse Tammy Ball went above and beyond the call of duty to get me fixed up. She was fast, excellent, and professional. Highly recommend them.

Clinic was very clean. Able to book an appointment and do my paperwork online ahead of time, so I had minimal wait. All providers were kind and patient. Would definitely use them again.
