Wasn’t a great experience. They said they can’t treat my issue here, and waited until I was already there in the room before telling me, even though I told them when I scheduled the appointment. Then she tried to charge me $101 anyway and referred me to a pharmacy, that “sounds like a scam, but isn’t a scam” per her medical assistant, for a medication I don’t need. Now I’m getting spam calls from symphony pharmacy 5x a day from different numbers…. I wouldn’t recommend this office. It feels like a sales/scammy environment and none of the staff had good vibes. EDIT: She billed my insurance for $362.80 even though they didn’t actually do a visit. All she did was refer me elsewhere. I don’t recommend this office. My appointment was on time and very little waiting time for Courtney. She is very friendly and conducted a thorough exam. She also explained any problems I may have, which were minor and answered any questions I had. The attendants are also very friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant from the minute you step into the waiting room.

I had an awesome experience with her - I haven’t seen a derm in too many years just due to finances/anxiety about it and I wish I’d just come and seen her sooner! It was so quick and easy to have everything checked out and she answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend her!

I always look forward to seeing Courtney Scamardo. She is so professional but makes you feel comfortable the minute she comes in the room. Very knowledgeable. There is never much of a wait to see her, which I cannot tell you how much I appreciate with my work schedule. I get in, I get out and whatever I need is taken care of. Thank you Courtney!

Having seen Courtney for a number of years now, I can say that I’ve been given top of the line care for my skin issues from the 1st appt until now! Ample time is given to address all concerns and questions. Samples are offered and given; altho I forgot mine yesterday🤣 The staff have always been friendly and helpful in person and on the phone! Wait time from registration to being called is very short, making the whole experience in this clinic stress-free and pleasant! Hats off to these excellent Providers! Thank you, Courtney & team😊
