If you go to see Dr. Finn for your child's mental health issues, take what she tells you with a grain of salt. When I was 15-17 years old going here, I had severe depression and was happy with just taking prosaic for my depression, Dr. Finn upped my medicine all the way to Zoloft because statistically that's what teenagers do, but I did not need that high of a dosage, I was a literal zombie and my speech was slurred, so I stopped taking it, I still had depression however and at 17 she prescribed me Celexa because I could never go back on prosaic since I've been on it twice before and it just wouldn't work, that's just great. I stopped taking it cold turkey and it made me suicidal, so my mom called this office to make an appointment for an evaluation and since Dr. Finn wasn't available, we

Five stars is insufficient for Dr. Fenn! We had our baby boy in April and have been coming to County Pediatrics ever since. The entire staff is caring, dependable, and overall excellent. Dr. Fenn spends as much time with each patient as is needed, and caters to each baby's needs. She also is encouraging to parents and makes me as a concerned father feel appreciated rather than treating my like some kind of mother-adjacent curiosity. Overall, I cannot recommend this practice enough. We chose it because it was a small, independent practice that was nearby and in-network, and I couldn't be more pleased with how we've been treated. Dr. Fenn is the best pediatrician my children have ever had in my 13 years of being a parent. I love how she treats us like family instead of a "number." She is open, honest, caring, and not pushy at all. She respects my family's medical preferences without using pushy or intimidation tactics, and loves to share her medical knowledge. She loves to talk, so be ready to build probably the best relationship you have ever had with your children's doctor. We need more solo practice pediatricians like her in the medical world. Dr Bina Fenn, Nurse Stephanie, Office manager Cindy and the entire staff are spectacularly phenomenal and one of the best Doctors in all of Hampton Roads and Virginia period! I know I can be a difficult parent to deal with at times but they handle all of me & my fiancée’s concerns, requests and suggestions with the best medical diagnosis, knowledge, information and solutions with a personal touch that continues to allow our children to grow up healthy, happy, supported and well taken care of from a top level physician & her staff. I highly recommend her to any parent that wants to GROW with a pediatrician & staff that puts the needs of our children FIRST!

Dr. Fenn is amazing! She is very into trying other things besides just giving your child medicine every time something is wrong! She always spends a good amount of time sitting and talking with us instead of running in and out of the room, we love Dr. Fenn!
