⭐ 1 star My visit to the Urish Clinic in Topeka on 12-3-25 was absolutely unacceptable. The attending physician, Dr. Sachs, treated me with a level of disrespect I’ve never experienced from a medical professional. The moment she walked in and saw me holding hands with my partner, her attitude toward us changed instantly. I felt judged, dismissed, and honestly—targeted. It came across as homophobic, and it was shocking to experience in a healthcare setting. She refused to take my concerns seriously, talked down to me about medication my regular doctor prescribed, and wouldn’t even do a proper physical exam—yet later acted like she had. When I asked for patient advocacy because I no longer felt safe, I was flat-out denied. The situation escalated to the point where a nurse was yelling at

Do not go here. Arrogant nurse triages while rolling eyes. Nurse practitioner calls out RX’s before even coming into room to see me. RX’s are for cough syrup I cant take and antiviral that nasal swabs results show negative for viral. When asked about hearing loss in ear, nurse practitioner said she looked and was clear, she never looked., she finally looks and said it’s clear, but how could she say anything else. My O2 wasn’t checked which I did at home, it was 89%. Temperature at clinic 98.7, at home 102. Heading to ER.

Gave up and just told us to go to a different doctor. Talked down to us as well. We basically just got gaslight the whole time. I've had this experience twice going here. I will NOT be going to this urgent care again nor recommending it! Get better doctors.

Great staff but even better care. Fast and friendly. Very courteous and thorough when it comes to finding out what's wrong. And you're in and out in a quick manner! Hands down the best Urgent/Express care in the city of Topeka!

Weekend front desk older woman has zero compassion. No nice greeting just “date of birth” in an annoyed tone. Even the provider seemed put off that she had to be working on a Sunday and all but threw her hands up at us telling us to just get an appointment with our normal doctor next week. So much for “urgent” and “compassionate” care.
