If you value your time, patience, or health, avoid this pharmacy. On multiple occasions, I’ve had prescriptions called in and been told by Costco staff, “We’re working on it — it’ll be ready soon.” So I wait. I show up. And then the story changes. More than once, I’ve driven all the way over after being told things were moving along, only to hear, “Oh, actually we don’t have that in stock,” or “It’s going to be another 30 minutes.” Once, they did leave a voicemail, but I was already en route and didn’t see it since my phone is on Do Not Disturb while I drive. Regardless, there’s no consistency or accountability in their process. If I don’t call and follow up myself, nothing gets done. If I do call, I’m met with vague updates and shifting timelines. I request an investigation into the conduct of a pharmacy staff member, as their unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Their compensation, derived from my membership fees, necessitates a higher standard of customer interaction. Specifically, I experienced a 45-minute wait for a pre-made cream, during which the staff member falsely claimed the preparation was required due to a prescription, when their primary task was securing insurance authorization.

We just relocated to Phoenix and have more than a few medications between me and my husband. Everyone at this pharmacy has been super helpful and very courteous. It's 20 minutes from home, and we have to go once a week, but it's worth it to see the smiling faces we always encounter.

I’ve been going here for months and everyone has been so helpful and kind. Then today I come and from start to finish it was a horrible experience. Richard the manager was the worst of them all. First I go to the counter to pick up a prescription and all the girl says is, date of birth. So I gave it to here and said but it’s for my dog. Then she says so rudely, you need to tell me that when you get up here that’s it’s for a dog. Even though I just told her that specifically. Then she says it’s not ready and it’s going to be 45 minutes. Then I asked if they have it in stock because I tried to fill it a month ago and it was on back order. This review is for the Costco Pharmacy. Brian assisted us and he was very personable and helpful. We had a very short wait, which I was so happy about, since Costco can be so busy. UPDATE: I want to acknowledge Pharmacy Manager LONG for SUPERIOR customer service today.
