Costco Pharmacy

We arrive 15 minutes before they closed and the pharmacist refused to give me a flu shot because he couldn’t do the paperwork before 7. I told him that we came straight from work and it was the earliest we could get there, but he still refused. I’m shocked at receiving such poor service at a Costco where they are usually very helpful and nice.

I have successfully filled scripts at the Costco pharmacy in the past. I was trying to transfer a RX there and needed to talk to a person,, Even though their posted hours imply they are open , apparently they all take a lunch together and so the phone goes unanswered for an hour? I called a different pharmacy to transfer it rather than wait.

Every time I fill an Rx, I ask myself "Why did I come here?" The prices are great, but just about everyone behind the counter is awful. So amazingly rude and unfriendly. One woman condescendingly corrected my pronunciation of the word "probiotics," glaring coldly at me for what was, to her, the unforgivable sin of emphasizing the first syllable. Plus they make me feel like a junkie every month, giving me trouble just for filling a basic prescription. Costco pharmacy staff, if you're reading this, you all need different jobs where you don't interact with humans. Go buy a hotdog, sit down and think about what that new job could be, then apply, please. But make sure to take some probiotics afterwords.

I love Costco pharmacy!! We are self pay, and what would cost over $300.00 at CVS costs about 25.00 here. Thank you for making necessary medication affordable. We are very happy :)

Horrible customer service. I called for a refill and the person I spoke on the phone re-asked so many times for simple answers. He ended up hanging up on me abruptly after I told him which medication I wanted a refill for by saying "Is that all you need?" Very rude staff.
