Costco Pharmacy

Costco pharmacy is so friendly. No need for a membership although it helps with the prices. You can also use GoodRx and get deals as well. Always helpful and full of knowledge which is a big plus! Wonderful group of pharmacists and techs

I went to the Costco pharmacy to get Sentinel pills for my dog. The website stated that their price was $42.67, by far the cheapest I could find and totally worth the hassle of going to Costco on a Saturday. After waiting half an hour, they tell me the price is $70. The pharmacist said that prices vary by region and the lowest she could offer was $59, the same as my vet, which totally defeats the purpose of going to the Costco pharmacy. I will concede that the website does state prices may vary by region, but (1) that's pretty vague and (2) you have to scroll to the bottom of the page. I still love Costco, but I have completely lost faith in their pharmacy.

Costco pharmacy as a hole is awesome. Their prices are great and we have never had an issue with any other pharmacy but this one. They are very unorganized, they have 'forgotten' to fill rx's for my daughter multiple times (either calling and speaking with someone requesting the refill and going in a few days later and they have no knowledge of it or dropping off the rx and them forgetting to put a special order in for multiple days). Unfortunately, through our insurance, we are stuck going here :-/ I really hope they start getting their stuff together bc this past year has been the worst experience with any Costco pharmacy ive ever had!

I came here to fill my prescription after my usual pharmacy had the medication on backorder. It's a popular narcotic and if you live in TN you know all too well the stigma attached to these types of drugs. This was the ONLY pharmacy that not only had the medication, but didn't make me feel like a back alley criminal for having a prescription for it. Very affordable, the staff is helpful and friendly and I've never waited longer than 20mins between drop off and pick up.

All of the pharmacy staff were friendly and patient in getting our prescriptions and vaccinations through our insurance. Used to go to another pharmacy, but will only come here now. I can grocery shop, get tires rotated and balanced, fill up on gas and visit the pharmacy at the same time!
