Costco Pharmacy

I had a prescription at CVS that was time sensitive and out of stock. They 1) did not let me know it was out of stock. 2) I couldn’t get a real person on the phone. And 3) they were rude when I went down there to see why it was ordered and fulfilled or transferred. I called Costco and immediately got a real person on the phone. Not only did they answer on the second ring, every time, but they arranged the switch, filled the prescription in 10 minutes, and were super nice about the whole thing. All of our meds will be transferred to Costco.

The Greenville Costco Pharmacy is exceptional. Every single staff member I have ever dealt with is professional and friendly. They are very helpful and answer questions. They also answer the phone immediately and I was placed on hold one time out of the many times I have called and they were back with me in about a minute. Their prices are also the best I have found; even better than my prescription plan prices. If they had a drive-thru, it would be great but I always need something at Costco. I am requested to use another 3 letter named pharmacy by my company. I have a prescription that can’t be automatically refilled and so I have to call in to request it. They never answered their phone and I would be kept on hold between 30 minutes to an hour. I would often have to go in to request it

I love this pharmacy. The prices alone are worth going here. The staff are all professional AND nice. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes (even when they're busy). Five stars!
