Costco Pharmacy

While waiting in line to pick up a prescription the pharmacy tech, Cynthia, was incredibly rude to an elderly man needing an item from the case. She raised her voice and said “I don’t know how much it costs” when she could have just turned around for 2 seconds. It was almost enough to make me walk out. She then made me wait 20 minutes for my RX discount to be processed then claimed they were not contracted with Costco. Didn’t apologize or call to tell me this. Big waste of time and super unfriendly staff, will go elsewhere for prescription pickups.

Very disappointed with the customer service I received over the phone. When I called to request an early refill since the pharmacy is closed on Sundays, Cynthia came across as dismissive and defensive, which made it hard to get clear answers to my questions. Respectful and helpful communication is important and this experience fell far short. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure patients are treated with the courtesy they deserve.

Costco has been going the way of the 8 track and cassette tape. This organization will soon fade into the internet. This location in particular. There is a "self" check-out lane but I cannot check myself out because these Costco associates treat these scanners like they're made of gold and apparently I'm not smart and capable enough to work this scanner. Costco – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Costco never disappoints, and this time was no different! I went in for a few essentials and walked out with the cutest daybed ever. 🛏️✨ It’s super chic, comfy, and way more affordable than I expected—seriously, where else can you find high-quality furniture while also grabbing a giant tub of popcorn and a dozen croissants? 🥐😄 The store was clean, well-organized, and had that classic Costco magic where you find things you didn’t even know you needed (but obviously do now). 🛒💸 Staff was friendly and helpful, and the checkout line moved surprisingly fast, considering how packed it was. Costco, you’ve done it again! Can’t wait to curl up on my adorable new daybed and dream of my next haul. 💕
