Costco Pharmacy

If you go here for very basic medications it’s fine, but I want my pharmacy to be full service. I had multiple prescriptions rejected recently, “We don’t carry that” “Okay can you order it? I have a prescription from my doctor it’s not an Over the Counter” “No you’ll have to go somewhere else”. I had another prescription my insurance was giving me a hard time with, real medical issue. They were so rude “Do you want it or not?” Not what I expect from Costco at all, I get better service at the food court. Just a little bedside manner when dealing with customers a sensitive issues would go a LONG way.

Horrible service. The pharmacist doesn’t even know how to use their own system. They said I took a vaccine in September of last year which I never received. Later they apologized and gave me the vaccine after 2 weeks of deliberation. Do not recommend. These people need to get recertification for their credentials.

The pharmacists are nice but every time I come to pick up they never have it ready. Even when you call ahead for them to have it ready they tell you when to come. I came to pick up the medicine way after the time and still not ready. Once or twice is a mistake but it’s a pattern. They have 6 people working but not one can count pills in a timely manner on the timeline they provided? Other people have work they need to get to and do their jobs accurately

Very kind and willing to go above and beyond! Highly recommend them! I didn't realize the pharmacy closes before the warehouse so I went over to pick up my prescription a few minutes after the pharmacy had closes and the computers had been shut down. I asked if they could still sell me my prescription and they explained the computers were shut down and took a whole to boot back up. I begged and the pharmacist, Sweta A., very generously turned them back on for me to seel me my prescription after they had already been closed for 10-15 minutes. Thank you!

Can I give them 10 stars? Super helpful, incredibly friendly, willing to go above and beyond in transferring my prescription from another pharmacy so I could afford my medication. I save $200 every 90 days now and I get superior service.
