Costco Pharmacy

Hi my name is Kathy Powers I'm i I go to the Bountiful costco. I just wanted to let you know your employees at the pharmacy and in the store all together they're great. But you need to listen to your Pharmacy employees when they tell you there's problems with texting customers. As of now it's been a month and I have never received any texts. I know they've done everything they can to make it right. So please help your employees at the pharmacy make things right listen to all of your employees. They're all very important people and you should treat them that way. They're kind respectful and they're always ready to help. And maybe you should think about bonuses too. Or at least just let them know how good of a job they're doing. Thank you

This is an excellent pharmacy! The employees are consistent and do a great job assisting, going the extra mile, always make extra effort to ensure the amount charged is correct, and adeptly work out any issues with the insurance. The communication is excellent and the Pharmacists give excellent advice. My family has used this pharmacy for nine years and would recommend them to anyone!

Technician Cindy needs to retire. She is consistently rude when I am asking questions about my prescriptions. She has lost her temper on the phone with me making it feel SO uncomfortable to ever go to this pharmacy again! Woof!

They implemented a new rule that they wont fill a prescription that came directly from my doctors office without them also calling in some BS code. Decided to do it right before a weekend when my doctor won’t even be in his office. Made me stand around and wait for over an hour before they told me about their new policy they just made up so they wasted tons of my time.

The staff consistently demonstrates helpfulness and courtesy. My experience over an extended period has been marked by consistent kindness and respectful responses to my medication-related inquiries.
