Costco Pharmacy

The staff are always very helpful. It is a great place to shop. Their sales flyer is awesome to go through before shopping so you know what items to look for at a good deal . Their return policy is amazing !Watch for sales at other stores though as sometimes buying in bulk at Costco is not the cheapest option.

Don't know how anyone could complain, ever. They will rush your prescription, they are always helpful. The staff is customer friendly, always and the prices are unbeatable. I'm almost elderly and have had lots of bad experience at other pharmacies over the years. Not here.

I love Costco, but I don't know why anyone uses this pharmacy. They have consistently made errors with us. They injected my husband with the WRONG vaccine, they filled our dog's prescription incorrectly, and the staff are always harried, unfriendly, and unhappy. Let's talk about the long lines - you will wait forever! And word to the wise: if they text you that your prescription is available and you don't pick it up within a few days, they will force you to start the whole process again as if you need to drop off a new prescription (more lines, more long waits, more grumpy staff...maddening!). There are much better local pharmacies. I would recommend Ferndale Pharmacy.

I am so pleased with the customer service and the kindness they show. I have a prescription they handle for my dog's Cushing's Disease and they are always very prompt in handling our refills and changes....

Wow, logged on as it occurred to me I should leave a review in regards to the surprisingly rude and condescending pharmacy staff at this Costco. Apparently I'm not in the minority here; they have a chronic rudeness issue here based on similar reviews. I had my prescriptions at Burlington where they are extremely nice and one particular gal, a pharm tech named Luana I believe, goes above and beyond to be helpful. Stark contrast to this location, which I unfortunately discovered when I transferred my prescriptions to Bham Costco. And as with others' reviews,this is not an isolated incident as in someone having a bad day.
