Cornerstone Pharmacy at Chenal

The staff at Cornerstone are always so friendly and professional. They are willing to go above and beyond to help. I have my dog’s medications filled there. I ran out and needed a quick refill and it was all, Yes Yes Yes, we can get that done for you! Thank you Cornerstone Pharmacy!

I switched to this pharmacy at the recommendation of my doctor's nurse a few months ago. She said they had fabulous customer service, and she wasn't wrong (she never is). But it was truly exemplified today. They went above and beyond to find another pharmacy chain that could provide my medication at the best price for me (unfortunately had to be a larger chain pharmacy). But for all my other medications, I will absolutely continue using Cornerstone on Chenal. They're kind, communicative, thoughtful, and most of all: honest. I can't recommend them enough.

Very disappointed in cornerstone pharmacy. I took my 85 year old cousin by to ask them about filling and delivering her medication. She had been getting it at the Kroger down the street. The medication she was getting at Kroger only cost her $5.15. The owner assured me that the cost would not be that much different than what Kroger was charging. Kroger also wanted to charge a five dollar delivery fee. The owner assured me that there would be no delivery fee. Because that was a service they did to the senior living facilities nearby. The first time they fill the order for her. The medication was $10 and there was a three dollar delivery fee. We let it slide but the second time she got it filled the charge was $23 with a three dollar delivery fee and a sticker that said on it no delivery fee

I switched because they are in network and still close to my house. They never send text reminders or notify when a prescription is ready. When I call to see if a prescription is ready, because I know my doctor has already sent it over, they act like it is an inconvenience to fill it or they were not even going to start on it unless I called. So different than my previous pharmacy who was great!! I recently had to get my meds delivered, I was aware of the delivery fee and fine with that, but then I get a note on my prescription stating they will never again come to my house because they typically do not...yeah because I have never had stuff delivered!!! Worse service ever!!

Cornerstone Pharmacy goes above and beyond for their customers! I had a prescription called in late last evening just as the pharmacy was closing. The owner/pharmacist called me to let me know she had received it and she would be happy to drop it off at my home as she knew I needed it. Best customer service ever! Support your local businesses! You would never get this kind of service at a big box store.
