Cornerstone Pharmacy and Compounding

They’ve always been kind and made sure I had what I needed before leaving. When insurance wasn’t on their game, they gave me a small amount of meds to hold me over. Even stayed open late when I wasn’t able to make it on time. I’ve dealt with a lot of pharmacies, this is by far the best.

I really like the pharmacy itself but these kids are very curt and on several occasions they’ve repeated my PII aloud. (Name, birthday, city, medications). This is starting to become a pattern and I hate that.

Nice pharmacy, but maybe teach all those kids working in there some social skills. I'm sorry you are having to wait on me but at least say "hello or hi, how can I help you". Instead of a bored, immediate, "are you picking up an order". Seriously, I can go back to a Kroger pharmacy and get an immediate unfriendly "date of birth" out of most people working there. I have spoken with a pharmacist before about my medicine and they were very friendly and helpful.

Communicative, attentive, and always on your side. The delivery option and the app that lets you request refills is great and keeps me on track with my medication. I will be a lifelong customer.

Incorrect billing and poor communication. Three times over the past two years this pharmacy has failed to bill my insurance and charged me the full amount for the medication. Each time, fixing it has been an unnecessary hassle. Most recently when I called to correct the error, the young person answering the phone told me I probably had the kind of insurance that wouldn't cover this medication and was going to leave it at that. When they were out of the medication and I cancelled that prescription in person, they filled it anyway the next day. When they texted to tell me to come pick up that prescription that I cancelled, I again asked that they cancel (reverse) the prescription so that it was not billing my insurance. They did not.
