If this wasn’t the only place my insurance would allow me to fill 2 of my meds I wouldn’t use this pharmacy. I’ve had more than one of my providers ask me to stop using them. I wish I could! The app never works and they always claim they never get scripts when sent over. From all different doctor’s offices, I think not. I have to talk to them multiple time a week which is bizarre. There’s always issues, without fail.

Avoid This Pharmacy at All Costs! I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a pharmacy in my life! This place is an absolute nightmare. Not only did they fail to ship my prescriptions on time, they blatantly lied about it. They promised multiple times that my prescription was “on its way,” only to have it arrive late—if it arrived at all. To make matters worse, they tried to double-bill me for the same prescription! When I called to get an explanation and ask for a refund, they acted like it was no big deal, completely brushing off my concerns. And when I requested to speak to a manager or supervisor, nobody was available. It was as if they were deliberately avoiding me. The customer service is beyond rude, and the level of incompetence is astonishing. It’s clear that they don’t care

Excellent customer service. prompy delivery (not as good as Sullivans pharmacy in Roslindale who does overnight) but no complaints. Would recommend.

Originally had nothing but nice things to say about Cornerstone but I have no clue what they were doing this week. I was sent the wrong medication and because they're not open on weekends I'm just stuck not being able to use my meds. Just unbelievable that I was given a completely different medication. I'm so livid. This better not interfere with my ability to actually get my meds on Monday.
