Kasey Cox is my primary care provider and has always been awesome to me. She is very knowledgeable, very caring and really demonstrates that she cares for her patients. The people who work at the front desk are always professional and friendly. Tori and another lady Kasey that work at the computers where you check out are always so friendly and helpful. Kasey Cox assistant April has the same wonderful attitude and same amazing work ethic as everyone else. Currently I am healing from an ankle fusion and using a knee scooter which is very hard for me to load in my truck alone. April even volunteered to help me get in my truck and load up my scooter for me. These people are amazing and have a very special place in my heart. I'm not sure why people are complaining about the office staff, I have never found them to be rude. Perhaps it is a "reap what you sow" situation. I would give them 5 stars except for the delay in response on the patient portal.

The front desk staff here are horrible. I have been coming here for over ten years and they have consistently been condescending and rude. Today I called to reschedule an appointment and was treated like I was an inconvenience and was hung up on when I said “thank you, have a better day” to the extremely rude receptionist. The only reason I continue to go here is because Kasey Cox is a wonderful provider but I’m considering leaving due to how I’m treated by the staff.

While the medical care at this facility is commendable, the front desk staff's conduct is unacceptable. Their rudeness and condescending attitude create unnecessary difficulties and negatively impact the patient experience. I specifically informed the front desk that I would wait outside to avoid potential exposing someone. Despite this, they intentionally failed to inform the medical staff of my presence, resulting in my missed appointment. Though I ultimately spoke with the office manager and received care, the front desk staff's actions are unprofessional and require immediate attention. The individuals at the front desk represent the organization's first point of contact; therefore, it is imperative that they exhibit kindness and professionalism to ensure a positive experience for all

Two stars because the front staff completely ruins this clinic. I have family that attends this clinic and it is by far the worst front desk staff we have ever dealt with. Not only is there some serve lack of basic human competencies or regard for the patients need but the front desk ladies are just petty and rude. If you attend this clinic and need something do not leave until you have it or until it is sent to wherever you need it to go. Avoid working with Jamie. She has a nasty attitude, is immediately defensive, won't assist patients and lacks professionalism.
