I love my doctor! i love the staff they are all great and Karen does a great job up front she is patient with me

Absolutely wonderful I was greeted with smiles, and the doctor I saw for an emergency appointment was caring and answered my questions as we work together to address all my concerns.

They're quote good. The doctors here are fantastic, but the office staff sometimes has trouble following up on things. They can usually schedule sick visits same day if you call first thing in the morning, they're extremely competent, and quite nice as well (although I'm more concerned with their care than their bedside manner :). I have been disappointed with the responsiveness of the office staff and nurses on occasion. I've had some problems with receiving followup on test results: on occasion they're not proactive about it, and I have to call and inquire about the results. When I do this, they've always been able to find the results and let me know if they were OK. I went in for a physical with Dr. Griemsman. For context, I have history of an Eating Disorder (ED) and am currently a little overweight. Perhaps my ED history wasn't in my chart, because Dr. Griemsman spent the entire visit harping me about my weight. She encouraged me to get back to the weight I was at when I was 13 years old because that was the last time my BMI had been under 30. I am 25 as of writing this review. She asked if I exercise and I told her I exercise 3 times a week. (I only started a couple months ago and am so proud of the progress I have made). She told me that I should be exercising 5 times per week and eating only whole foods. She made several comments throughout the visit like "If you have to open a bag, it's not a whole food." I have been going to this location in Gaslight Village for years and every doctor/nurse I’ve seen has been very knowledgeable as well as compassionate.
