The woman who performed my hearing exam was great, five stars for her. I can’t honestly review the Dr. because instead of seeing him, I waited 45 minutes in the room after my scheduled appointment and never saw a Dr. and the nurse didn’t even know how to read blood pressure. I waited 3 months for this appointment. I will not be returning to this office. Thank you so much for PROMPTLY sending my “after visit summary” with zero information in it. Zero stars, pick a different office.

My son was referred for surgery for his throat and I was advised to call their scheduler. I called the provided number several times, it took them almost 2 and a half weeks to return my call. The scheduler who did call was not understanding nor helpful. I value customer service especially dealing with something so serious as my child's health. If that’s how the customer service is handled I can only imagine how we would be treated by the other professionals.

I brought a close family friend in for a biopsy with Dr. Karl Romaneschi this afternoon because her mother wasn't able to go. The appointment was set 2 months ago and the purpose was to biopsy a 6 cm tumor on her neck. In the first minute of the visit with Karl, it became evident that he had no intention of doing a biopsy. So I tried to clarify the purpose of this visit because in several confirmation calls both to the 17 year old patient and to her mother, they were informed she should fast because she was receiving the biopsy today but that it would be local anesthetic and not general anesthetic. Karl then said, "My staff don't have college degrees like me! They don't know what they're talking about. I went to school for 13 years so I do know what I'm saying." This level of pride was sho

Had a great experience with Sandy. So helpful in connecting me with the professionals to help my granddaughter to get the extra help she needs. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable and patiently directed us. Checked later to make sure all went well. Cheers for medical personnel like her!!
