Poor care and even worse administration. My mother’s obvious skin condition was missed entirely, yet she paid over $200 with no diagnosis or resolution. She was seen twice for the same issue and told both times that nothing was wrong, despite visible symptoms. The billing practices were equally concerning. The office charged both her insurance and her directly, falsely stating that her insurance was not accepted when it was. To make matters worse, her appointment was scheduled during an overbooked time slot, and she was forced to reschedule after arriving. This experience showed a clear lack of clinical thoroughness and significant administrative incompetence. Completely unprofessional. I would strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere.

Awesome. My skin is in better shape than it has been in some time. Love this place and I have been to a few. Best in town as far as I am concerned.

Dr Chang is very kind, thorough and very helpful. So pleased I found her.

Dr. Cheng is one of the best dermatologist in Lee Co. Takes her time, does not rushing appt, listens to concerns AND addresses them!!!
