Copperas Cove Nursing & Rehab

I enjoy coming in to see staff and residents Weekly. Facility always Looks and smells good. Staff is always friendly and approachable. Tish and Martha have been very helpful as we have hospice patients here. Thank you, Copperas Cove Nursing Rehab for all you do.

Just don't do it. Do you care for your family? Because if you do... RUN AWAY. They don't even have basic care. We had to call an off-site nurse to get a wound dressed. They don't even help her shower. For $7000 a month, I would expect actually care from a care facility. This place is the worst. They even lied to us about things when we were trying to get my mom out of there. This place is a glorified hotel. They do absolutely NOTHING, except provide a bed and some bad food.

My grandpa waited longer than an hour to get up and be changed they had only 1 cna working the halls doing her absolute best but you have nurses sitting behind the desk talking not helping and they are very disrespectful when you go speak with them! Will definitely be finding a different nursing home asap! I don’t recommend for anyone!

I’m only rating one star because I have to. There are only two nurses / health aids that are good. Everyone else is rude as hell or dismissive. My grandmother experienced extreme neglect even though I expressed my concerns for MONTHS. Safe to say we removed her and I would not recommend this home to anyone.

My mother-in-law lived at this facility for over two years. She was given excellent care by all of the nurses and staff. They treated us all like family. We were always greeted with smiles and updates on her welfare! Nikki Williams went above and beyond to help us navigate the Medicare system as well.Our experience with Hospice and the hospice nurse, Belinda, was amazing. Everyone at Copperas Cove Nursing Facility went above and beyond as we dealt with the loss of our loved one. I would highly recommend them.
