They don’t take patients by sequence, a person who walked in and signed up 5 mins after I did was seen first before I did (we were both walk-in, I know because we both signed up on the sheet without talking to anyone). and when asked, all the front desk said is “idk, it’s up to the nurse”. What do u mean u don’t know? If u don’t take patients by first come first serve order, why you guys even ask patients to sign up the signup form in the first place? It happened because they asked both of us to come inside and do the registration at the same time with different nurses, and it solely depends on how fast the nurse can finish the registration process. They are not supposed to do that in the first place

Cooper urgent care Route 70, Cherry Hill, 13 Jan 2026, for Flu Symptoms congestion head and chest, not eating 6 days, abdominal pains, coughing, signed in , less then 15, I was called to the back, for vitals, seen by a nurse practitioner, she recommended lungs / chest X-ray, informed me all clear, sent me home with new medication and this all took place less than 30 minutes, Great Job urgent care staff, better than my own primary doctors office! And (((( Happy New Year ))))

had a deeply concerning experience at this urgent care with my child. She was diagnosed here with pneumonia and prescribed antibiotics, and we were told to go immediately to the emergency room due to an elevated heart rate. After rushing her to the ER in a state of panic, the hospital physician determined that she did not have pneumonia, did not require antibiotics, and that her mildly elevated heart rate was appropriate given that she was sick. In other words, the diagnosis and urgency provided by this urgent care were incorrect. As a result of this unnecessary ER visit, our family was exposed to illness and subsequently contracted the flu, in addition to enduring needless stress, time, and expense. This experience raises serious concerns about diagnostic accuracy and clinical judgment—

Had a very poor experience. Took my son for severe ear pain.The doctor didn't bother to listen to us and dismissed saying , he has other issues, so follow up with pediatric. He was pathetic, no empathy for my son who was in pain. Extremely disappointed
