Everything moves smoothly at this location, from the lobby to reception then providers and check out. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. The providers and staff are professional and caring. I haven't had ortho surgery yet, however, successful heart surgery this summer gives me great confidence that ortho surgery will be successful, too.

★☆☆☆☆ Had femur surgery here. Called for a pain medication refill. They said they'd handle it. I waited 2 hours at the pharmacy in pain. They never sent it. Office closed for the weekend. Now I'm sitting in the ER on a Friday night just to get ONE pill. I have kids at home, I run a company, and there's a snowstorm coming. All because this office couldn't make a simple phone call they promised to make. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Every appointment I have at this facility starts much later than it is scheduled because they’re always backed up. Why ask us to arrive 20 minutes early if the doctor is always running at least 30 minutes behind!? Even if the appointment is early in the morning they are still running late as though the doctor has no regard for the patient’s time.

I came here because I had 3 lumps in my arm. 👫I seen a very kind understanding Orthopedic.. I highly recommend this building and these Drs .🩺⚕️🥼🏥 There are multiple specialists in here. I put the location in my Google maps. Easily found it. So you will feel better after leaving. Knowing the Dr cares. 🌺🌼🌸

She gets things done, gets you what you need, has compassion, is amazing at her job. My husband had a bad motorcycle accident. It will be 2 years ago this May and became an Above Knee Amputee and has had two revisions since. I cannot give her enough kudos!! We appreciate you!!
