Absolutely outstanding staff from the first phone call I made a month ago and everyone I came in contact with yesterday for my initial appointment before cataract surgery. The offices and equipment are clean and modern and the exams were thorough. The young lady who took me through my tests (I don't remember how to spell her name, but it begins with an "M" and she had her car hit in the parking lot yesterday )......was cheerful and friendly and prepared me for what to expect through every stage. Dr. "V" was super friendly and informative, as was Anna in scheduling and the nice young lady at the front desk who greeted me exuded southern charm. So far, I highly recommend this ophthalmology practice

I have been to many Opthalmology offices over the past 40 years to include the Storm eye clinic at MUSC. The Conway Opthalmology Associates ranks right there with Storm Eye...the level of kind, caring patient service from office staff to the medical staff. The level of expertise and medical services offered rivals that of larger cities. There is no rush to get you out of the office until all of your concerns and questions are answered. Their level of knowledge rivals MUSC and John's Hopkins! I do my research. The surgical center operates at the same level of care, concern and knowledge. My recent cataract surgery has been a God-send for me. KUDOS. I would recommend this office to anyone

Dr Proctor and his staff exceeded any and all expectations; they were amiable and competent and made me feel comfortable and safe while they performed my cataract surgery. And thanks to Dr Proctor I now have perfect vision.

Waited 3 weeks for an appointment, referred by my dermatologist. I waited in the room alone for an hour before a nurse came in and said Dr. Magrath was on his way from Murrells Inlet and shouldn’t be too much longer. She couldn’t explain why they scheduled me a time over an hour before the Dr would be in office. Then he finally came in for 30 seconds, took one look at me and said he would refer me to a plastic surgeon OR I should just do nothing about my issue. Charged me $160 and wasted my time. I should’ve read the reviews more- Dr. Magrath and scheduling issues are mentioned here a lot.

I was referred to Dr. Elise Steinberger for ptosis surgery. They called to set up an appointment and I explained that I needed to drive back to Myrtle Beach and be there by 1:45 and she looked and said okay how about October 24, at 11:30 and I asked is that enough time because I had to leave by 1:00 and she said sure you should be on your way by 12:15 so I said okay. I arrive at 11:10 and I’m checked in. Well at 11:45 I asked how much longer and she said it be a couple of minutes at 11:55 finally called me back and the tech went over everything and I asked if I should reschedule she said no it would be a few minutes and she sat me back in the waiting room. I sat there until 12:45 and I went to the checkout counter and asked and she sent someone back to see, that lady came out and said it w
