My experience with Conway Family Dentistry was superb. My interaction with everyone in the office was extremely positive. And most importantly, their patience and focus on calming my nerves was very much appreciated.

We are new to the area. My husband woke up with a bad toothache on Sunday and called for an emergency appointment on Monday, as we saw they took our insurance. He was told they couldn't see him until June! JUNE WITH A TOOTHACHE!! Then he asked for a general checkup apppointment to establish a relationship with them and was told JULY or AUGUST. Obviously, you're not taking new patients. That should be stated immediately to not waste people's time. Very poor business practice. UPDATE: MY HUSBAND WAS ON SPEAKERPHONE. I WAS SITTING NEXT TO HIM. THAT WAS THE EXACT CONVERSATION. NO WORRIES THOUGH. HE FOUND A PRACTICE THAT HAS BETTER BUSINESS ETHICS. GOOD LUCK TO YOU.

I love my dentist, Dr Nikki, and the staff. Lawanda is the perfect receptionist. From the time you walk in the door, till the time you leave, it's professional, yet very welcoming. I wish I could name everyone there, but I can't remember names. I will recommend this place as I have several times. My dentist always... give them a try. I'm surely glad I did.
