The dentist , the Hygienist and the rest of the staff are amazing. They will ensure your teeth are healthy. If there’s more work needed on another tooth, they will notify you prior to providing the service. I’ve never been a fan of going to the dentist, but this office makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office for anyone in need of any type of dental work.

Converse Smiles is hands-down one of the most disorganized and unprofessional dental offices I’ve dealt with. Their scheduling is a disaster and they have wasted my time on multiple occasions. The first issue was with my sister-in-law. She had a confirmed appointment, but when we arrived, they refused to see her because she had Medicaid. We were told they only accept Medicaid patients up to age 18 — yet they have a large sign posted that they accept Medicaid patients. This is misleading at best and completely unacceptable. If you don’t actually accept adult Medicaid patients, don’t advertise that you do. The second incident was today, January 26, 2026. I had a 9:00 AM orthodontic appointment. I arrived at 8:55 AM to find the office locked with no staff anywhere. No notice. No call. Nothi

I had a fantastic experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff Vangie was incredibly welcoming and efficient. She was able to quickly process my paperwork and answer all my questions with a smile. The hygienist Deamber was also top-notch. She was very gentle, thorough, and provided helpful tips for improving my oral hygiene. The dentist was also very gentle and informative on everything he was doing over my evaluation. Overall, I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for quality care and a positive experience."

Kind, gentle, friendly and welcoming. My first visit and I was so nervous but the Dr explained verbally and visually for my understanding and comfort. I look forward to my journey with Converse Smiles and regaining my smile.

I was in the most pain I had ever been in and they squeezed me in immediately!! The Dr was so kind and gentle. I feel bad for how much of a baby I am- but he made me feel really comfortable.
