ConvenientMD Urgent Care - Saugus

Great clinic, the check in was very smooth (I did the registration before heading there). Very short wait time. The MA was so nice and cheerful. The facility is also very clean & just gives a luxurious feel. The PA Caroline was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I loved every minute of my visit. Also a very quick visit, I was & out. I’d recommend this urgent care.

Great staff here. Communication is important and they get that right. I used to go to another urgent care but the last two times I have been to this one , it will now be my go to. Always kind and helpful, never waiting too long.

It was very easy to make an online appointment. We walked and were called right away. The office is very clean. The medical assistant and physicians assistant. We’re both very nice. We were seen right away. The PA was gentle and thorough. We have been there several times now with several different family members in every experience has been positive.

I was a walk-in and was given the option of waiting to see the Dr. or doing a Tele-visit. I chose the Tele-visit and was seen almost immediately, no waiting. Saw the provider right away, the nurse came in took my vitals, got back on with the provider a few minutes later after she had the necessary vitals. She made recommendations and I was out in less than a half hour. Far quicker than if a had waited to see the Dr.. Quick and easy with the proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Everyone involved was courteous and professional.

Convenient MD is my choose over any emergency room or any other urgent care facility. Check-in is quick and the doctors are knowledgeable and are quick to diagnose and write a prescription. Within a half an hour I have my prescription and I’m ready to look forward to getting better.
