Extremely welcoming office set up like home decorated with a beautiful fish tank colorful fish. Warm and friendly staff. The dentist Dr Lho a very informative dentist and I'm very comfortable in the chair. new Dr Jeong also feel very confident with great chair side manner. Office manager and I believe insurance coordinator very well versed in dental plans and procedures. Would recommend to any looking for a dentist office that you can trust.

I wanted to change dentists and Saugus Dental Center was recommended by a friend. I went there for a consultation along with a dental plan my prior dentist wanted to perform. He didn't fully explain it to me and therefore I sought another opinion. The dentist at Saugus Dental explained it in a way that I understood. I appreciated the time they took to help me understand the reason the procedure was necessary. I will continue to go the Saugus Dental for all of my dental needs

Overall not bad. Timely with good attention to hygiene. The only disconcerting issue was when the Dentists were discussing my situation in their native language. I think in the presence of patients, regarding their care the conversation should occur in English. Personal conversations can occur in break space in whatever language the parties prefer to speak.
