Saugus Dentistry and Braces

I saw Dr. Song last month for an infection requiring antibiotics & a referral to an oral surgeon for 1 lower right molar. I went back to Dr. Song for an overdue cleaning, X-rays, exam & consultation. I had another molar on my left side I had concerns about chewing on when my lower right molar will be removed in a couple weeks. Dr. Song gave me her recommendations & cleaned my teeth today. We agreed I could wait to do work on the left molar, checking it in 3 month intervals instead of 6 months & I will proceed with oral surgery in 2 weeks & heal first also. My teeth look& feel better after being cleaned & polished. My concerns & questions were addressed by Dr. Song before my oral surgery appointment & I can proceed going forward. Erika at the front desk is always extremely helpful to me &

Lily and the dentist were so very patient and understanding <3 helped me completely understand the situation with my mouth while making surethat I was stable with the anxiety I was dealing with...Everybody here is friendly kind and caring I can tell they are looking out for my wellbeing and my dental health. Also thankyou to the ladies at the front desk! You were so helpful with my insurance and getting things going so I could get all this work started on my mouth they are also great to talk to.. I had such a great experience at this dentist office! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff, Annette and Erica made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were professional, kind, and very organized—checking in was quick and easy. They also went above and beyond to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. The entire office has such a warm and caring atmosphere, and you can tell they truly value their patients. It’s rare to find a place where both the dental team and the front desk are equally outstanding, but this office really has it all. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care and exceptional customer service!

Dr song is the best. A dentist company in Malden wanted to pull my tooth and Dr song fixed it with a root canal and a crown. Other dentist are lazy and don't want to put the extra effort into it and just make money on the extraction. Go see Dr song and I guarantee you she'll give you the best results she can. Everyone in the office is super friendly. They have the best staff. Erica, Annette ans Yaz are so friendly. I'm so lucky I found them. Anthony D.

Where do I even begin. The ladies at this office made the usually arduous task of visiting the dentist a breeze. Erica the manager clearly explained the entire process and my insurance coverage. Erica the dental assistant made sure that not only I was comfortable, but that her colleagues were adequately prepared to serve the other patients. Finally, Lilly the dental hygienist was the best. She made sure I was ok and took extra care to make sure I was comfortable. Definitely would recommend. I will be switching my entire family to this practice. Consummate professionals who handle all situations with aplomb. I’d give 10 out of 10 if I could. I’ll be back (I have an appointment)
