ConvenientMD Urgent Care

Erica was absolutely awesome! She was thorough, well-trained, and knew exactly what she was doing. She even performed a multi-focused lung exam which is very rare in medicine these days, especially in urgent care. She was very quick to call me with my x-ray results, and then prescribed a great regimen of medication that has really helped my symptoms. Honestly, she is the best provider I have seen at an urgent care in a very long time!! I’d trust her to treat all of my family and friends. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs care!!

Unfortunately this is the only local urgent care available now and my family has never had a good experience. Most recently I brought my son in for the second time in a week because his symptoms were increasing not decreasing. The PA came in asked if he was having the same symptoms as before. We expressed that now he’s been coughing with the occasional headaches as well. He proceeded to check his ears and then told us that we should follow up with primary care and might need a pulmonologist. So obviously there was some concern if he suggested that. I had expressed at this visit how these symptoms in our son typically turn into upper respiratory infections. My concerns were dismissed and we left. Waitlist and check-in was very straightforward, the wait was short because it was earlier in the day. The staff and practitioners were very kind, respectful, and friendly. Tests were done and the provider explained what was going on and listened to my questions. Overall a very positive experience.

Totally great experience. Check-in was easy, followed by a short wait. I was first seen in triage by Linda. She was kind, friendly, thorough & knowledgeable. Then was seen by a nurse. (Sorry, I forgot her name.) This nurse gave me my test results, and in doing so, was reassuring. She, too, was wonderful.

I did not wait long to be seen. My provider was friendly, respectful and efficient. They explained things clearly and made me feel heard. My diagnosis and treatment were handled effectively.
