I had the most amazing experience at this urgent care. Every practitioner was so beyond nice and made sure that I was comfortable and understood everything and let me ask as much questions as I wanted. I was a walk in and they saw me immediately! Could not recommend more!!!
They make life-threatening mistakes. After verifying with me that my daughter was allergic to amoxicillin, they then prescribed her amoxicillin. The only reason it was not filled was because I saw the prescription when I got to the pharmacy and told them not to fill it.
I received excellent medical care. Provider was very thorough, knowledgeable and relatable.The intake was also very professional. Waiting time was minimal.
Two years ago, a friend of mine had a concussion and tried to check into this urgent care. She was denied service and had to travel 30 minutes to the hospital. A week ago, another friend went to this urgent care and was also denied service. Neither time were they given a proper explanation as to why.
I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and the effectiveness and overall helpfulness. Everything was pretty seamless. Thanks again!
