The Drs. And staff at CTGI are great! Compassionate and caring and understanding. They made my experience tolerable for procedures no one wants to have,but have to do. I had Dr.Canavn and she is AMAZING! Do yourself a favor and make up your own mind about this business. Don't let others opinion squeeze you out of a good Dr.

I called yesterday because I was trying to schedule a follow up appointment, as I was currently experiencing discomfort and wanted to be seen, as it was challenging to describe and be treated when I came for initial consult. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. She offered me an appointment over a month out. I expressed disappointment, as by that time I would likely not be experiencing any discomfort, just like when I had to wait over a month the first time. Initially, I understand as I was not currently a patient I. Their office. However, I am now a patient even though I had been seen once. After I expressed my disappointment, the front desk woman I spoke to was not sympathetic and in an extremely annoyed tone simply said, “that’s all we have.” And offered

helpful office staff but Dr. Tonya Hall is a very rude and dismissive provider. Talks down to patients. Overly pushy about certain medicine samples to an extent where I assume she gets some sort of kick-back. complains to patient about having to give PA on drugs. does not seem compassionate to patient care not does she deliver good care.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jessie Baudner for almost a decade now. Her level of care and concern has been second to none. The entire staff down at the Connecticut GI Waterford location are phenomenal! Everyone has been courteous and considerate of my needs and my issues. I highly recommend this office for anyone having gastrointestinal problems or just seeking consultation with a knowledgeable and caring team. I can’t say enough good things about these folks
