I arrived here on time for my son’s 11:30am check up appointment. There were a few people waiting in line ahead of me. I waited about 3-4 minutes. They still require masks to be worn. We were checked in by 11:34am. While waiting, i noticed that the seats are DISGUSTING! They truly need to be thrown away and replaced. It seems counter productive to require masks but have patients and their families sitting on dirty and uncleaned furniture. They used to have a sick side and a well side, but it’s just all one side now. We were called back around 11:38am. We stopped to triage room to get vitals (height, weight, BP). We were placed in a room at 11:42am and told that the doctor would be in “shortly”. From my last two experiences here, I feared “shortly” wouldn’t be so short. It was cold in the

Lady’s (mainly the older one with short hair and glasses)up front are so rude. Very unprofessional. Always putting you on hold without you getting a word in. Would not let me cancel an appointment after I said I know I’m not going to be able to make it that day (week or two ahead of time) bc of another appointment my daughter had. Call the day of appointment soon as they opened to cancel and she told me that’s a point against her and if she gets three they will not see her anymore. The wait time is terrible also. If it want for my kids and me loving Dr. Q we would have been found somewhere else to go.

I LOVE Dr. Law. My cousins seemed her when they were little and now my kids go there. Dr Law will do anything she can to help and she listens. She is amazing. The wait time sucks sometimes but I would rather wait to see a good a doctor and someone that will take the time with you. Because if I’m waiting it’s probably because she took the time other patients needed and I want the same in return. She knows her patients and cares for them. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor

The front office staff is a hot mess. I have been twice (will have to go back a third time) for the same appointment for our four month old. They don’t seem to understand how to verify insurance. I gave the staff her information both times and they were unable to verify it and we were turned away. It takes a lot for me to get out of the house with an infant and a special needs 10yo, I have to make many arrangements to even make it happen. So to lug my small baby out in this cold weather for them to administer vaccinations only to be turned away because they don’t understand how to verify insurance, when it’s their job… I have never been so disappointed in their lack of effort and professionalism. THIS HAS BECOME ONE OF THE WORST OFFICES!!! I’ve been coming here for 2 years and the quality of care has decreased tremendously. I brought my daughter in for her appointment this morning. After standing in line for check-in for 20 minutes while the 1 receptionist was completely swarmed, the other receptionist finally decided to open her window so she told me to approach with an attitude. She shouted “YOU’RE LATE” when I gave my daughter’s name. I advised her I had been standing in line INSIDE THE BUILDING the whole time which caused me to check in after her appointment time (this can clearly be seen on their cameras). She stormed away and came back and said “the doctor might not even see you, she said she’ll let me know.” I was only here for a well child visit. I wasn’t going to sit aroun
