Concerto Health

This company is everything that's wrong with our health "care" system. They want more federal funding and clients but refuse to actually do anything for them. There's no incentive to actually do anything. They pass the buck. They don't care about anything but money. They have been a nightmare the past year or so. I've wasted hours on the phone for the simplest things and they simply don't give a damn. And they know that the money will come no matter how awful they are. Please avoid this company. In a free market, they would have failed a long time ago.

Today I learned that my mom was no longer an active patient and when I called Concertocare they said they "no longer take medicare" which 1) is bizarre for home health and 2) is bad medical practice to not notify they patient's POA/contact that they no longer had medical care. Also, the provider was rude to staff at the adult family home.

At the end of the call nurse said she would call me back about my health concerns never did. Called back next day was told nurse tryed to call but my voice mail fullI I asked to speak to nurse who was going to call me, receptionist said, "shall I tell Dr you are fine today" then said " take your blood pressure twice a day "

Concerto is the most ridiculous company I have ever had to done business with. They are rarely available to answer a phone call. Rarely do the call back. I have to call at least 3 - 4 times before I get any type of answer from them. I have 11 residents that go through them as their primary physician. Dr. Doug D'Jang is great! And a few MA's are amazing as well, but the communication between staff and their system they use is absolutely flabbergasting. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They are not worth the hassle.

it is very difficult to get a real person on the phone and to get a call back I have had to call several times with no response I find this very disheartening I'm thinking about switching doctors because of this this is ridiculous! something needs to be done so patient s needs are not put on the back burner. I feel that I am not valued as a fellow human being that my health may be affected by the NO response time that happens all the time!!!
