Concentra Urgent Care

Had to go in for a work injury and the place was super busy. Employees did a great job keeping an up beat personality even though the place is going through major construction. Wait times are a bit longer but it's definitely not because staff. Hats off to everyone, front desk were great. Dr Deer was super nice and knowledgeable as well as Ann marie who brought me back and did my intake and also took my pictures. It's great even when the place is tore up and extremely busy the staff can still be fast, friendly and halarious!

Terrible experience. I came in for a routine drug test and physical. Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours. Finally got called back for the drug test and thought "Finally, we've got the ball rolling." The drug went by relatively quickly (5-10 mins) I then was brought back to do my physical, I sat in the office waiting for the doctor for another entire 58 minutes. When the doctor finally came back to do my physical she seemed impatient like she wanted me out of there. I had waited just about 3 hours and she seemed inconvenienced by the fact that she needed to do my physical. the physical itself lasted about 3 minutes in total which was about as much urgency as I'd seen in that entire 3 hour experience. If you have time to burn this is your place!

I came in for a non DOT physical today. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours. I forgot the doctor's name that actually did my physical, but she made the experience extremely uncomfortable. She seemed like she was in some kind of rush and was extremely dismissive in tone. I sat and waited in the actual exam room so long that my phone had died. The physical itself didn't take longer than five minutes which was nice. But when I got into my car I noticed that I'd been sitting in the exam room for over an hour waiting on the doctor. I was starting to think they'd forgotten there was a patient in the exam room. I understand places get busy. But there was nobody during the two hours in the waiting room who showed signs of illness. Mostly people coming in to do drug tests. This place sucks, and t

The overall services were fine. But it’s obvious they are understaffed and there was a 3 1/2 hour wait. The employees were great but they either need more employees or another location added. I felt bad for the employees and for the other people waiting that has either worked all day or had somewhere else to be. I was told by my supervisor it would take about an hour to 1 1/2 hours tops. And he has had many employees go through this process so maybe this is a new problem or issue. Overall the employees and provider were great. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They just need more staffing.

Called at 10am to pick up my xray. I was asked what time i was picking it up. I said 1pm. Unfortunately I was running late and at 2pm when I showed up it was not available. Told me they were behind today. I had to wait almost an hour. Someone isn't doing their job correctly. Very unprofessional!!!!
