Terrible experience! Saw Dr. Rose in mid-October for multiple foot issues from arthritis conditions. She really had no clue, but she had two female employees take molds of my feet for custom orthotics. Two months later, I still don’t have orthotics. Office employees give me the runaround with no information, and the overseas call center dude is useless. I filed several complaints with my insurance and BBB. The office employees still call me with the runaround. I have to wait until this is resolved for my insurance to cover them elsewhere. You cannot reach anyone there by phone even though they have a local phone number. They have several names and are just a shady operation. Try foot and ankle specialists affiliated with hospitals like Jefferson and Virtua. Do not patronize this business.

This was my first time here, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff were very warm, took the time to understand my concerns and did an excellent job with my toes, explaining each step clearly. office was exceptionally clean.

Dr Haq and staff took EXCEPTIONAL care of me today. This was my first visit to them. The Doc was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and quite good at her job. She taught me a lot about my current situation and gave me several things to work on and some things to think about. I'm glad that I kept the appointment and I think I have found a new podiatrist!!

Dr Zubair was highly recommended by his peers, his assistant Daisy made me feel very relaxed to perform a painful procedure that took less than a minute to do for both of my feet . I had no clue that he had even started. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant I will recommend this establishment to everyone.
