Complete Care at Severna Park

My mother is there.. she is getting very good care.All of the nurses are very nice the physical therapy is great. Nurses aides “some” are friendly But I get it this is a hard job that takes a special person. The food needs improvement desperately. But I would recommend here.

Becky goes above and beyond her normal duties to take care of our Loved one. She is a very hard worker. She is always pleasant and always on the move. She should be recognized for her work ethic. She can be a role model for other employees.

I was sent here to recover from Surgery and a coma. The Cnas were wonderful and my nursing Mercy and Millacent (spelling I'm not sure) were so kind. I went from being unable to sit up to walking in just two weeks and strong enough to go home after a month. I give all the glory to our Lord Jesus Christ and the wonderful staff who he has called into this profession. The pt and ot are great as well. No place is perfect but this place really did touch my heart and I met some wonderful folks. Thank you Complete Care ❤

This rehabilitation center/longterm care facility really tries to make everyone feel at home here. The staff are extremely intuitive and seem to just know how to handle memory care patients and family. This is our second round here and that was by choice. Would definitely recommend for treatment especially compared to similar facilities in the area that are swimming in filth with mold growing up the bathroom walls, and the kind of care i would only describe as unethical and inhumane treatment of the sick and elderly. Its good to see there are people who still care.

I had a wonderful visit with my sister and my grandchildren was with me it was very clean and the people were very very nice thank you so much I will come again
