Community Skilled Health Care Centre

Looking at this place, I was very impressed. Evaluating removing my loved one from a competing nursing home, Warren R where the care is suffering. Got to go elsewhere soon. I was pleased to find the nursing home clean and staff friendly! Very impressed with my tour!

My mother was taken here from the hospital. She fell out of her bed. Before leaving the hospital, the social woofer said they hah a bi-pap, they did not. I visited my mother in this facility and she was completely out of her mind due to c02 poisoning. Had a meeting with the staff, they didn't seem to know anything that was wrong with her. Their doctor finally sent her back to the hospital and passed away. This place of just horrible. RIP Mom.

No one should put anyone in this place because they don't take care of your love ones. My parents were there but not by my choice, they let them fall and we had to go to the hospital back and forth my mother busted her head, she fell so many times from them not watching her and the food looked like slop you would not even feed the dog it. I still wonder till this day did they killed my father the man that was over him named Joshua Gareed said that my father said he wanted to die and that was a complete lie and they were talking about taking my father's medicine and letting him die and we have a video on my phone of my father talking and he did not say he wanted to die. it's hard to believe that their gone and the week before my father's death we went to see him and he did not have any prob

Wonderful staff.CLEAN, inviting atmosphere. PT workers are caring great people who have worked with me daily towards my endurance goals. Have nothing negative to say about Community Skilled Care. If you or a family member need a place of special care , I highly recommend you call them.

Felt I had to be there constantly. Memory care unit was dirty and twice my fathers catheter was blocked and staff did not notice. When asked to check it it took 5 hours because they were busy! Would not recommend!,
